- Daily courier service for specimen pickup and delivery of supplies and reports
- Reports and digital images are available via the Internet and fax
- A full-time Client Service Representative (Denise F. Guy) to answer questions, interact with your staff and enhance the efficiency with which we can provide our service
- Provision of supplies to include specimen containers, biohazard bags, ThinPrep vials, and requisition forms personalized for your practice
- We are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- A rapid turnaround time of 24-36 hours for most specimens, unless additional fixation or special stains are required
- Rush processing on select specimens when deemed necessary for enhanced patient care
- Fair and competitive pricing, where we accept responsibility for obtaining payment from patients and/or third party payors (see Insurance List).
- All diagnoses provided by a member of DPP with consultation
between pathologists as deemed necessary, as well as
availability of outside consultation.
- Immediate notification of all significant abnormal results
- System integration/interfacing as per client needs
- Pathology correlation with biopsies to surgical resections and with cytology specimens
