A: It is the patient's responsibility.
Q: Who bills my insurance for pathology services rendered?
A: DPP will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Q: Why didn't my insurance cover the entire amount?
A: Every insurance provider has different policies. The patient is responsible for the unpaid balance. If you feel that an error has occurred, please call our billing department at 1-800-238-0097.
